How do I book your gift wrapping service?
Please use the contact form located here to send me an email. I will respond within 3 hours. During busy periods (Christmas) response times may take up to 10 hours.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation either by telephone, Zoom or email where we will discuss colours and styling for the gift wrapping. I will provide you with a quote based on our consultation which will include a picture of a sample of the agreed gift wrapping style and colour palette. If you wish to proceed with the service, a 60% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Bookings are secured on a first-come, first-serve basis.

How does your call-out service work? (currently suspended due to COVID-19)
Simply let me know during the booking process that you wish for the service to be completed at your home or office. On the day of the appointment, I or ane of my gift wrappers (you will be notified of the name and contact number of the person attending your home 24 hours prior to the service) will attend the agreed location and complete the service.
Call-out service is free to London based clients.
There is a minimum requirement of 10 gifts to utilise the call-out service.
How much do you charge for standard gift wrapping?
The table below provides a breakdown of my prices for standard gift wraps. If you require further clarification, please contact me.
*Standard gift wrap is wrapping paper, ribbon and embellishments.
**Standard gift wrap embellishment does not include Swarovski personalisation or fresh flowers.
***Price is for single embellishment. Each additional embellishment will cost £3.50 each.
How much do you charge for crystal personalisation?

How much notice do you require?
This will depend on the service you require and the number of gifts that need to be wrapped.
For crystal personalisation, up to three characters, I require 3 working days notice. For bespoke designs, I require 7 working days notice.
For standard gift wrapping service, up to 10 gifts can be completed on the same day.
For fresh flower gift wraps, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
If you require add-on services such as calligraphy, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
What if I don't like the gift wrapping?
The colour palette and style for the gift wraps will be agreed upfront with the client which, in most cases, removes this issue. If you change your mind about the colour palette and style agreed to, you can request the gift be re-wrap in your new choice of style and colour palette. You will be charged for the re-wrapping.
What payment methods do you accept and is my information secure?
I accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal or bank transfer. I also accept cash on delivery.
I do not keep or store any of your financial information as all payments are processed by secure third parties.
Note: if you are using the drop off service, you will need to pay the full balance before the gifts are shipped back to you or to the recipient(s).
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of my service, I do not offer refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
